Aspia Group publishes Sustainability Report 2025
Aspia Group, the Northern European, tech‑enabled growth partner in business services, has published its Sustainability Report for 2025, outlining progress made during a year focused on integration, alignment and building a strong foundation for responsible growth.
Following the acquisition of Accountor in 2024, 2025 marked a decisive step in bringing Aspia and Accountor together as one group. The work went beyond organisational and financial structures, with a strong focus on aligning people, values, governance and ways of working across markets.
- In 2025, we strengthened Aspia Group not just through scale, but through trust in our people, our technology, and the value we create for clients and society, says Ola Gunnarsson, Group CEO of Aspia Group.
The Sustainability Report highlights progress across key sustainability areas, including people and culture, environmental impact, governance and customer value creation.
Some sustainability highlights from 2025:
- Aspia introduced updated company values to support a unified way of working across Aspia Group.
- We continued to be recognised as a leading employer for young professionals in Sweden and Finland.
- We launched a new community partnership with Hand in Hand in Khukhari, India, supporting women’s empowerment and livelihoods.
- We reduced scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 35 percent through renewable energy consumption, office consolidation and improved data quality.
- We strengthened sustainability governance through updated group‑wide policies and clearer ways of working.
- We expanded ESG advisory services to support customers in building resilience and long‑term value.
Looking ahead, Aspia Group is moving from building a common foundation as a group to accelerating action and translating its strategy into measurable impact and long‑term business value. Further integration work, including brand unification across markets, will continue during 2026.
