Empower people to grow

We believe real progress starts with our people. We aim to foster an inclusive culture and work environment where diverse perspectives and strong engagement enable individuals to grow, challenge assumptions, and make meaningful impact for our clients.

Lead with responsibility and clarity

We aim to grow responsibly and with integrity. By upholding high ethical standards and strong internal controls, we lead by example and support our clients with trust, clarity and confidence. We use our internal expertise to develop and share up‑to‑date knowledge with our customers. Our goal is to always deliver the highest possible quality. Our accounting and payroll services are certified in accordance with ISO 9001.

We also consider it essential that our customers act responsibly. We conduct thorough assessments of all potential customers to prevent corruption and money laundering risks. Our overarching purpose is to ensure that our customers’ financial management is sustainable and responsible. In our vision, people are at the centre of companies and communities that build sustainable growth.

Fighting poverty through entrepreneurship - Proud partner to Hand in Hand

Since 2022, Aspia has partnered with Hand in Hand, a non-profit organisation that combats poverty through entrepreneurship.

Hand in Hand’s approach focuses on investing in people’s abilities and enabling independent work, with a strong emphasis on supporting women to start and run their own businesses. Through education, skills training and hands-on support, millions of women have been able to build sustainable livelihoods for themselves and their families.

This partnership reflects Aspia’s commitment to long-term, responsible growth. Our first 2.5-year project in Iten, Kenya, helped create more than 200 jobs, most of them for women, improving family incomes while strengthening local communities.

At the beginning of 2025, we launched a new village project in Khukhari, India, focused on strengthening human rights for women and children while empowering women to establish and grow their own businesses.

To follow the progress firsthand and strengthen our connection with the community, eight colleagues from different functions and countries across Aspia Group travelled to Bihar and Khukhari village at the beginning of 2026
